泰國佛統府朱拉芭東塔遺址出土
泰國佛統府（Nakhon Pathom）朱拉芭東塔遺址（Chedi Chula Paton）出土。此遺址出土了大量的灰泥塑像，該像為其一，屬於他叻瓦滴時期（Dvaravati，約6～13世紀）八世紀時期的遺存。
佛相貌年輕，表情恬靜。肉髻寬大，頂端飾錐形髻珠。螺髮特別厚實，形狀尖凸而不規則，無螺紋，形態樸拙。著重於臉部的細節表現，眉線微隆，細長彎曲，幾近相連，線條優美。上眼瞼微凸，閉目凝神。鼻梁高挺，鼻準圓潤。大嘴微張，嘴角現小圓窩，露出澹泊的笑容。五官比例雖不勻稱，卻顯得十分調和。依據此頭像尺寸推測，佛像可能與真人比例相等。
