位於泰國曼谷國立博物館朴泰沙旺殿（Buddhaisawan Chapel）。繪製於拉瑪一世（Rama I，1782〜1809在位）時期。該殿坐西朝東，四壁布滿天人禮佛群像和佛傳圖。
此圖描繪悉達多太子踰城出家，於阿奴摩河（Anoma River）河岸自削鬚髮的情景。
圖中太子彎腰趺坐，左手舉刀擱於頭頂，右手輕拉髮束末梢，轉臉目視長髮，作自舉金刀削髮狀。其右有四面大梵天，隨侍於左側，手擎華蓋。
畫中人物瓔珞嚴身，姿勢優雅。在深淺不一的深藍色調背景烘托之下，其敷金之飾物和色彩斑斕之裙裳，令畫面更具生命力，而人物的誇張動作則富有強烈的舞台劇效果。
