大足寶頂山石窟大佛灣第21龕柳本尊行化圖
重慶大足
位於北崖。平頂，寬24.8公尺，高14.6公尺。龕額題：「唐瑜伽部主總持王」。龕楣刻五佛四菩薩圓龕，五佛姿態相近，手印各不相同。四菩薩均頭戴花冠，雙手合十。
龕內主尊為柳本尊坐像，高5.2公尺，著居士裝。主尊肩部左右兩側刻文殊、普賢侍立。主尊左右分上、下層刻像，上層刻柳本尊自唐光啟二年（886）至五代後晉天福七年（942），苦行十煉的十組情節，即柳本尊十煉圖。主尊右側為第一煉指、第三煉踝、第五割耳、第七煉頂、第九煉陰，左側為第二立雪、第四剜眼、第六煉心、第八捨臂、第十煉膝。各圖皆有碑文說明。
下層列刻本尊苦行十煉過程中十七身侍從像，分別有男弟子、女弟子、優婆塞、優婆夷、文官、武將等。
