佛結跏趺坐於方形台座上，素髮高髻，臉龐豐圓，眉目細長，面帶微笑，大耳垂肩，五官輪廓分明。短頸寬肩，體軀結實壯碩，富穩定感。右手施無畏印，左手握衣角。內著僧祇支，外披袈裟，衣褶刻劃細密，棱條凸起，勻稱流暢，表現柔和的質地。
佛座正面刻有香爐、供養人及獅子，左右側面各淺浮雕三位男女供養人。背面浮雕手結禪定印之佛坐像。此雕像反映當時民間鐫刻技法及藝術形式。
台座背面銘刻「天安元年（466）四月八日馮愛愛敬造供養時」。背光已佚。
