Phuoc Hoa Temple
福和寺
越南胡志明市第三郡
位於越南胡志明市第三郡。始建年代不詳。一九五八年重修，即現今規模。
該寺主要建築為山門、大殿。山門為歇山頂，黃牆紅瓦。大殿內供奉釋迦牟尼佛、地藏菩薩及千手千眼觀音菩薩像，雕工精美，一九六○至一九六二年間設計、塑造。
該寺曾是南越佛學會所在地，一九五二年該會於此召開大會，佛教旗幟首次在南越昇起。一九五六年，南越第二次佛教大會在此開幕。
