Tay Phuong Temple: Ascetic Sakyamuni
西方寺釋迦苦行像
越南
位於越南河內市石室縣西方寺，為著名雕像之一。
此像表現釋迦牟尼佛修苦行的模樣，為中年行者形象。造像袒上身，左腿屈起，左手搭於膝蓋上，手心輕握一珠，右手自然地撫於右腿上。通身漆黑，以削瘦的面頰、瘦骨嶙峋的身軀演繹出飽受苦的逼迫之修行過程，然高度專注的神情卻又捕捉到求法的渴切與決心。
