位於諸聖水陸殿前部南北兩壁下端，以一排雕欄將之與其上的佛傳故事隔開。
五百羅漢並非整齊排列，而是穿插於層層疊疊的殿堂樓閣與山水舟橋之間。諸羅漢頭多半側向一方，身著交領衫或披雙領下垂式袈裟，服飾不盡相同。姿態、動作、表情各異，或現全身，或露半身，或坐或立，或侃侃而談，或沉思，或三五相聚，或一人獨坐，或佇立於波濤雲霧中，作渡海狀。
海浪之下有龍、魚、怪獸等海界神物，還有牛頭、馬面、豬玀等怪獸，他們有的在水中穿梭，有的攪動波瀾，有的手持笛、箜篌、夾板和手鼓等樂器，形象鮮活，動作幅度較大，充滿想像力，與波濤上的羅漢形成動與靜的對比，彩繪豔麗如新。
