Eleven-Headed, Six-Armed Avalokitesvara

此尊觀音呈十一面，高聳如冠，共分五層。第一層三面現善相；第二、三、四層分別顯示忿怒、猙獰、暴笑，為勸導眾生改惡向道之化現；最頂層之佛面表示佛果。此多面多臂之密教化觀音造型乃受印度教造像影響。
菩薩六臂或結手印，或持蓮花，或執拂子等，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座上，下為束腰方台，束腰處飾托座獅子。五層十一面的高度幾乎等同於菩薩身軀高度。背光與頭光相互交接，曲線柔和，表面淺刻火焰紋，頂飾相輪，相輪兩側懸垂飄帶，頂端有日、月之象徵，狀若塔形。飛揚的飄帶及火焰紋背光在當時是創新的嘗試。
此像具有祥和、冥思等佛教造像的傳統神情，同時強調台座、身軀、背光的諧和比例。整體造型體現拉達克藏傳佛教藝術的風采。
