內蒙古自治區阿拉善盟額濟納旗黑水城出土。此幅表現西方極樂世界之清淨莊嚴，主尊阿彌陀佛、觀音及大勢至菩薩皆坐於蓮座上。蓮座自水池中托出，分為三枝，座下飄散著雲氣。佛肉髻低平，髮為紺青色，身著紅色袈裟，結跏趺坐；綠色頭光外緣繪火焰紋，身光為白色，背光為黃色。背光上繪十組西方三聖接引圖，並飾帶狀條紋。佛上方可見飾雲紋的華蓋及兩道蜿蜒光束。觀音及大勢至的寶冠分飾化佛、寶瓶，帶藍色頭光，身光描繪得極為輕透。
蓮池邊有成對的孔雀、鸚鵡和白鶴，池中有八朵蓮花，當中坐菩薩、僧侶及童子，為蓮花化生之意。
