此尊彌勒佛臉形圓潤，肉髻高聳，螺髮齊整。白毫圓凸，眉弓隆起連接鼻梁，秀眉高鼻，雙目炯炯有神，面帶笑容。肩膀寬闊，腰身纖細，手結說法印，倚坐於方形須彌座上。著袒右袈裟，上身衣紋呈弧形棱線，左袖垂至座前，邊緣呈波浪紋，裝飾性強。下身衣薄貼體無衣紋，袈裟下露出腰布下襬，刻「U」形紋路。頭光與身光相連，外緣均飾火焰紋，是典型的喀什米爾樣式。寶冠上方尚存垂飾的流蘇痕跡，頂端已佚部分可能是代表彌勒標記的佛塔。
