Chongshou Temple Pagoda
崇壽寺塔
遼寧開原
位於遼寧省鐵嶺市開原市。建造於金正隆元年（1156），是瘞埋金上京都僧錄宣微弘理大師行廣的僧塔。塔的北面原有崇壽寺，故稱崇壽寺塔，今寺已不存。現為遼寧省文物保護單位。
該塔為八角十三層密檐式磚塔，高45.82公尺。塔身每面闢龕，內供奉坐佛一尊。龕兩側雕瓔珞寶蓋，上嵌佛名題額。題額上有寶蓋，下有蓮花，左右有飛天，姿態各異。原塔上各層都懸有寶鏡、風鐸。
