Ajanta Cave 17: Heavenly Beings
阿旃陀石窟第17窟飛天
印度馬哈拉施特拉邦奧蘭加巴德
位於阿旃陀石窟（Ajanta Caves）第17窟門廊後壁右側。為阿旃陀石窟最精美的繪畫之一，其飛天為古典印度氣質高貴女性美的代表。
畫中一對男女飛天，因有剝落，僅女飛天形象較完整，顯示了原作生動的人物描繪。其眉目細長，肌膚黃褐，手持小花，正回首凝視其伴侶，形象優雅。頭上斜戴著綴滿珠寶的一頂飄高帽子，項圈上懸垂的珍寶珠鍊狀若隨風擺動，顯示正在雲間飛行的速度感。
該畫以描線勾勒人物輪廓，於鼻梁、手掌，尤其是下唇施白色，在與褐色肌膚形成對照中產生立體而真實的視覺效果。
