巴基斯坦西北邊境省斯瓦特出土
巴基斯坦開伯爾巴圖克瓦省斯瓦特（Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa）出土。犍陀羅佛傳故事浮雕之一，刻劃悉達多太子決意捨棄王宮生活，夜半乘馬離開迦毗羅衛城出家修道，眾神護衛讚歎的場景。
畫面作橫卷式構圖。圖右端城門邊一人托腮蹲坐，表現宮廷守衛正熟睡酣眠，不知太子離宮出家。城門外，太子乘愛馬犍陟，衣帶飄舉。天神托舉馬的四蹄，以避免出聲，保護太子靜悄悄地出城。毗沙門天立於馬的前方，左手持弓，伸出右手引導太子前行。其後方為守護迦毗羅衛之城塞守護女神，雙手合掌祝福。左方共五人，各持花、合掌，都是天人聚集而來一起讚頌太子出家修道。
