巴基斯坦信德省卡拉奇（Karachi, Sindh）出土。浮雕敘述悉達多太子從摩耶夫人右脇誕生。夫人位於畫面中央，右手攀無憂樹，左手搭在妹妹摩訶波闍波提肩上。剛誕生的悉達多太子已立於摩耶夫人的腳下。帝釋天在夫人右側，屈膝承接太子，其後方天神吹著祝福的口哨，上方眾天人們彈奏樂器，讚歎太子降誕的殊勝。畫面右邊眾宮女提水瓶、持羽扇，忙於伺候。
