甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。九世紀中葉作品。地藏菩薩戴風帽，頂上有華蓋，盤左足，垂右足，坐於岩石上，岩石上有敷物；左手持錫杖，右手托寶珠。十王分列於地藏兩側，左右各五身，王前方均設桌案，備有紙硯，並有侍者立在一旁。十王均文官裝束，僅第十王五道轉輪王著盔甲，另在最下方為第五閻羅王，頭戴冕冠。地藏前方繪僧人道明、金獅，尚安排了牛頭獄吏牽著負枷鎖的男子，於鏡前觀看其生前犯下的殺牛罪業。
圖下方為供養人畫像，中間的榜題並未書寫文字。此圖大致保存完好，深紫色邊框亦被保留下來。
