新疆維吾爾自治區巴音郭楞蒙古自治州焉耆回族自治縣七個星佛教遺址出土，原為排列在牆上的造像之一。
此天人像面部圓潤飽滿，彎眉細目，高鼻小嘴，模製後描繪五官。頭戴高冠，佩耳飾，瓔珞於胸前交叉，交叉處及二臂飾花形飾物。下身著裙，裙紋以陰刻線表現。造像比例和諧，原有敷彩，因寺院遭火災而失去原有的色彩。
