甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。九世紀作品。持國天王臉略側向右邊，身著鎧甲，腰間圍虎皮，執弓搭箭，雙足由獨眼地天承托。鎧甲的鱗片為黃色，邊飾為紅色，褲子則略施暈染。圖下方的斜格飾帶中各以一朵花填充，畫面上端殘損，天王頭光大部缺失。
