甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土
甘肅省酒泉市敦煌市莫高窟第17窟出土。觀音寶冠上露出高綰的髮髻，圓形的頭光邊緣飾雲紋，上覆寶蓋，加之菩薩臉部的輪廓線和頂部造型皆與現藏大英博物館的四觀音及文殊普賢像類似，因後者有唐咸通五年（864）之紀年，故推斷為同期作品。
菩薩圓臉，長耳飾環，柳眉細眼；身形擺動呈「S」形，右手持柳枝，左手提淨瓶。袒上身，斜披絡腋，戴精緻項圈、臂釧、腕釧，下著與絡腋同色之花裙，胸前瓔珞交垂。內裙覆蓋雙足，巾帛環繞雙臂飄旋而下，與流暢自然的衣褶紋路交相輝映。
