印度比哈爾邦（Bihar）出土。菩薩自在坐於一隻張口仰望的獅身上，帶橢圓形頭光，戴髮髻冠，長髮垂至兩肩。五官以線雕方式突顯輪廓，眉際間第三眼特別顯目。珍珠串成的聖帶和上身的薄紗，隨著胸部肌理自然起伏，下身薄裙紋飾華麗精美。頭和腰臀右傾，左手後伸支於坐墊持長莖蓮花，右手垂擱右膝，雙腳外張盤屈，坐姿悠閑。左側長莖蓮花上承托一短劍，略有損毀；右側對稱位置豎立三叉戟，長柄飾盤龍。
背光呈蓮瓣形，邊緣淺刻火焰紋，環繞成光輪。上方置五尊化佛坐像，頂端一尊為阿彌陀佛。背光局部鏤空，加強造像立體效果。
坐墊下的蹲獅回首仰望，造型相當形式化。底座立面中央雕有一身比丘像，持物供養，應為造像功德主。
