甘肅省平涼市出土。佛肉髻低平，面相方圓，雙眼微微下視，嘴角上翹，神情和藹。身著通肩袈裟，衣紋簡潔概括。右手上舉施無畏印，立於覆蓮台上。身軀稍向前傾，姿態自然，顯得平易近人。該像頭後有榫頭，推測原應有背光。
