Dafo Temple Cave 1: Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva (detail)
大佛寺石窟第1窟觀世音菩薩像
陜西彬縣
位於西壁左側，整尊造像僅背部與西壁相連。菩薩上梳高髮髻，戴化佛花鬘寶冠，下部秀髮分幾縷披在肩頭。面相豐圓，兩腮略鼓，彎弓形細眉間飾有白毫，頷首垂目下視，口角含笑。
該像經後世重妝，故黑髮白面，口施丹朱。雙耳垂肩，戴有圓珠耳飾，頸部有三道橫紋，佩花形裝飾的項圈，雙手疊放於胸前，腕戴雙鐲。
觀音有桃形頭光，最內圈為寶相花紋，中圈雕纏枝寶相花紋，最外圈為雕鑿繁縟的火焰紋。上身袒露，圍帔巾，下著裙，帔帛自雙肩下垂至體側。
