Chusonji Temple: Reliquary Pavilion - Peacocks
木鑲金銀舍利壇

日本平安時代（794～1185）之作。舍利壇由方形基座及舍利塔組成。下方基座高10.8公分，邊長73.5公分。舍利塔為後世補作，但其金銀裝飾的金工技法卻是獨特少見。一九五八年指定為日本重要文化財。
壇木質。基座分作二層，下層立面以間柱分作三間，每間闢壼門，內以銅板鎏金打造出半浮雕的孔雀紋樣，兩兩相對，展開翎羽，壼門周圍亦覆以金銅薄板；台面嵌銀，表現卷草團花紋，優美精緻。上層基座周圍繞勾欄，四面設階梯。
舍利塔塔身設四柱，四面開敞，柱間有額枋。塔頂作單檐四角攢尖式，檐下刻飾斗栱、椽等，頂上置露盤、覆鉢和寶珠。
