Chusonji Temple Golden Shrine: Canopy

中尊寺木漆貼金華蓋
日本岩手西盤井
位於日本岩手縣西磐井郡平泉町中尊寺金色堂內。莊嚴供具懸掛於覆盆式藻井上，共有三面，此為其中一面，製於十二世紀。一九五八年指定為日本國寶。
華蓋為木質，通體髹漆，貼飾金箔，部分可辨識敷彩痕跡。內部為二圈圓輪，內圈透雕八瓣蓮花，圓心作蓮蓬，內有蓮子；外圈浮雕寶相花卷草紋，周緣飾聯珠紋一圈。圓輪外環繞鏤空的八葉蓮瓣紋。整體雕工細膩，造型典雅。
華蓋背面附有八根鐵條組合成放射狀的補強結構，為後來增補之物。
