依據《彌勒下生成佛經》繪製。繪製於十四世紀。上段彌勒佛身著紅色袈裟，右手舉至胸前，左手置於腹前，與二脇侍菩薩，皆倚坐於龍華樹下。其周圍有二菩薩、二天部、十聲聞、十二神將，上方有十方化佛、十奏樂天女。
彌勒佛座下開始為下段，描繪彌勒菩薩下生託胎於儴佉王城中，以修梵摩、梵摩越大臣夫婦作為自己的父母，而受到儴佉王施與寶台，並領悟到寶物之無常，一切終歸磨滅；於是修無常觀，於龍華樹下成道，儴佉王及諸大眾亦依止其出家的場面。彌勒佛足下描繪使城中清淨，守護寶物之龍王，仰視彌勒佛。再下為城中富樂的景致，五穀豐登，寶物盈溢，無三惡道之苦。
全圖人物布局緊湊、對稱勻整，技法細膩，色澤豐麗，顯示出高麗佛畫的精緻。
