Xi’an: Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva

觀音菩薩像
陝西省西安市漢城鄉出土
一九九二年陝西省西安市未央區漢城鄉出土。菩薩束髮結為雙髻，頭戴化佛寶冠，寶繒順兩肩下垂。面相方圓，眉目娟秀，直鼻高挺，雙唇飽滿，神情慈和帶笑。佩耳璫、項飾，身披瓔珞、寶珠，帔帛繞肩自然下垂，裙褶繁複細密。右手舉於身側持楊柳，左手握淨瓶，立於青石雕造的仰覆蓮台上。台座前有二護法獅。菩薩像與台座以榫卯連接。
該像具北周（557～581）造像特徵，面形方圓，身軀豐腴，頭部比例稍大，然其瓔珞裝飾華麗精美，妝彩敷金，人物形體刻劃細緻，為隋代（581～618）初期菩薩造像範本。
