觀音菩薩像

傳一九○九年陝西省西安市出土。菩薩髮髻高聳，頭戴化佛寶冠，飾以繁複瓔珞，寶繒垂肩。頭微俯，面頰豐潤，展眼舒眉，略帶微笑，神態刻劃巧妙。帔帛與繒帶相疊，斜垂至蓮台，顯得飄逸自然。瓔珞裝飾富麗，衣紋流暢簡潔，雕工細膩。右手垂下，左臂屈肘上舉，均持蓮蓬，挺腹，姿態舒坦，呈傳統歇站法，跣足立於仰覆束腰蓮台上。蓮台下方台四角各蹲踞一獅。
整尊造型沉穩莊嚴，又兼具寫實動感，其裝飾、身姿等，擺脫傳統平板端正的人體造像樣式，為唐代（618～907）三屈式的菩薩造像奠定基礎，是隋代（581～618）寺院石雕造像的經典之作。
