此像為十七世紀作品，戴五葉高冠，頭略右昂，面帶微笑。雙手於胸前結印，各拈一長莖蓮花。蓮莖繞臂，蓮花挺豎於佛身後。袒上身，裝飾簡潔，下身著裙，腿部裙襬三層向外翹翻，衣紋呈「U」形，流暢貼體。腰間垂飾聯珠瓔珞，身軀呈「S」形，姿態窈窕婀娜，樣式獨特。
此彌勒像以慈和柔婉的菩薩相貌表現，有別於神態端嚴的佛造像，實為罕見。
