宿白雀寺詩二首 王寵

王寵晚年所書。王氏侍雙親至孝，然體弱多病，故長期養病於白雀寺中，四十歲歿世。此卷二詩即言其宿於白雀寺中之事，或述寺中梵唱與自心的感觸，或言寺僧送別之情，可知王寵在白雀寺期間的生活樣貌。
王寵書尚魏晉（220～420），初學王獻之、虞世南，在筆畫質感與結字上，呈現空疏淡遠的氣質。此卷雖是草書，但王寵寫來仍樸淡且楷意多出，無刻意要呈現很強勁的筆力或淋漓的墨韻，其自然隨意的風韻，是王寵書作中的精品。
王寵字履仁，後字履吉，號雅宜山人。明代（1368～1644）書畫家。長洲（今江蘇蘇州）人。善詩文，工書，行楷得晉法，人謂「文徵明後推第一」。
