此像戴高寶冠，頭部略左傾，雙眉長挑，鳳眼，直鼻小口。寬肩細腰，體格健美。雙手交叉於胸前結印，手中枝蔓分株延伸左右至臂側，上托蓮花。二花上分立金剛杵與金剛鈴，為金剛持的造像特徵。身披帔巾，袒胸，下著長裙，結跏趺坐，足踝亦佩戴腳釧、瓔珞等裝飾。台座為束腰仰覆蓮座，底座刻有密咒一圈。
衣褶起伏自然，疏密得當。瓔珞鑲嵌綠松石，更顯華美。神情生動，姿態優雅，係屬十五世紀西藏地區仿永樂（1403～1424）風格之作品。
