雕造於十二世紀，為日本鎌倉時代（1185～1333）作品。不動明王為五大明王之一，是大日如來的使者，呈忿怒相面對邪惡，以守護信佛者不受侵害。
明王臉形圓潤，頸部粗大，體軀結實，腰身微扭，重心置於右足。右手握利劍，左手持●（Q）索，手臂屈曲外張，姿勢威武。頭髮呈團塊狀，髮辮垂於左肩，左眼微閉，右眼張開，眉頭緊縮，嘴唇緊閉，露出虎牙，令人生出敬畏之心。披帔帛，著下裙，腰間繫帶，胸前長垂成串瓔珞，戴腕釧、臂釧等飾物。以淺浮雕技法刻製，妝彩，貼飾金箔，雖然外表已有剝落，仍可想見當初的斑斕瑰麗，細緻工整。
