此作品以主尊半跏思惟菩薩像為中心，左右各有一僧一菩薩立於蓮台上。背後為透雕的雙樹，雙樹上刻有六身飛天及中央一身結跏趺坐合掌的菩薩。
主尊頭戴寶冠，冠旁繒帶垂落肩側。寬額，眉目纖細，斂目低垂。肩寬腹收，衣飾樸實，刻劃簡潔而流暢。下裳垂承於膝前，襞褶層疊，具厚實感。身後帶有頭光，外層刻圖案紋飾，內層淺雕蓮瓣輪廓。
下部台座正面，中央是頂著香爐的童子，二側有一對獅子及仁王，背面刻神像，內容豐富。運用白大理石光滑的肌理，加上所有人物容貌均為圓滿之相，整體更顯圓潤。主尊菩薩右膝上的渦卷衣紋，是北齊（550～577）時代的雕像特色。
