原柬埔寨暹粒省暹粒市吳哥窟
原位於柬埔寨暹粒省暹粒市（Siem Reap）吳哥窟（Angkor Wat）。此像作青年形象，雙手合十，跪坐禮拜。頭戴華麗寶冠，樣式呈泰式風格，表面雕刻繁複精美的花瓣紋，頂飾高聳花蕾，略損毀。面呈橢圓形，長眉過眼，雙目微睜，薄唇含笑。上身袒，僅飾項圈，腰間繫帶。腹部開鑿一洞，推測為裝置經典或供品之用。
造像以木材雕刻髹漆而成，細緻的雕工體現了自然流露的純樸與虔誠，讓此像成為高棉（今柬埔寨）上座部佛教藝術中傑出的代表作品之一。
