傳新疆維吾爾自治區和田地區出土。佛肉髻高聳，結髮帶。眉毛呈弧形，睜目，鼻翼小而鼻梁高隆，唇邊蓄留濃密鬍，嘴小，面頰緊縮，予人精力充沛的印象。
此頭像深具犍陀羅的風格。原有背光，現僅存頭像左側部分。整體為一體鑄造之青銅像，內部中空，仍殘存型土。
