曹天度造像塔
山西省朔州市朔城區崇福寺出土
又作千佛石塔。山西省朔州市朔城區崇福寺出土。據塔身銘記所載，為北魏（386～534）首都平城（今山西大同）內小臣曹天度於天安元年（466）為其亡父穎寧及亡子玄明所造之供養塔。該塔身現藏於臺北歷史博物館，塔剎則存於山西朔州崇福寺文物保管所。
該塔為方形石雕樓閣式造像塔，廊、檐仿木雕建築構造，每面均布滿佛龕，共千餘尊。塔身計九層，造型係依《妙法蓮華經》卷四〈見寶塔品〉之七寶塔經變而成。第一層為釋迦、多寶二佛並坐龕，交腳菩薩龕及一佛二菩薩龕；第二層以上整齊地遍刻千佛坐像。塔座正面中間刻香爐及比丘合十像，左右兩欄分刻雙獅。基座兩側為男女供養人。背面為造塔銘記。其構造由三大段組成，可拆卸組合，故塔身和塔座圖像間，並無固定的搭配。
