日本十三世紀密教法器。寶珠杵係指握柄兩端以火焰寶珠表現之金剛杵，與獨股杵、三股杵、五股杵及塔杵構成五種杵，在大壇上多與五種鈴合為一組法器。
銅質鎏金，柄身和火焰寶珠一體鑄成。握柄中央刻有雙重輪廓的小型鬼目，其上下飾八葉仰覆蓮瓣紋，中間以二條素紋束腰。柄端均設五寶珠，由蓮瓣柄座相托，寶珠上緣繪白色，珠身分別施以朱、綠青、黑及茶色等色彩，惜已褪盡。
