久留米救世慈母觀音菩薩像

位於日本福岡縣久留米市上津町大本山成田山久留米分院。昭和五十八年（1983）舉行開光儀式。觀音像高62公尺，眉間白毫直徑30公分，為圓形純金板，並鑲嵌3克拉鑽石十八顆。胸前瓔珞以直徑10公分的水晶為中心，周圍鑲嵌五十六粒翡翠。菩薩立於仰瓣蓮台上，風帽垂至肩背，頂飾化佛坐像，面容慈藹，斂目垂視，五官秀麗，身著白衣，手抱13公尺高的嬰孩。
此觀音像之入口從後面進入，有螺旋階梯盤繞直上，近達肩部，其間有瞭望窗洞可遠眺戶外景物。內部繪有飛天樂舞、萬人禮佛圖、動物禮佛圖、孝親圖和極樂圖等；並供奉大日如來、釋迦牟尼佛和藥師佛以祈求家族繁榮、世代相續和身體健康，並安置千尊佛像以供養祖先。該像地下設置有光明閣及寶石或岩石所製的資料館等。
