菩薩高髮髻，面相圓潤，雙眼微視下方，唇緊閉，神情慈祥莊嚴。珠串瓔珞披兩肩下垂至腹前交叉，帔帛繞至肘部如波浪狀卷起。右手屈肘略上舉，左手置於腹前。趺坐於量體巨大的蓮座上，蓮瓣細長，瓣尖上卷，頗為別致。蓮座下為六邊形束腰底座，底座間可見鏤空火焰形壼門。原有鏤空背光，現已佚。
此種玲瓏娟秀的造像形式，極具五代時期（907～960）特徵。造像坐姿端莊，為雕工精湛之青銅造像。
