此尼泊爾造像身形纖細高挑，略呈三屈式，優雅地立於蓮瓣台上。菩薩頭戴高聳精緻的三葉寶冠，身後為鏤空的火焰紋頭光。臉形圓潤，下巴顯得較短。五官俊朗，大眼，彎眉高鼻。雙耳戴及肩大耳璫。寬肩細腰，袒上身，頸刻三道紋，飾項圈、手鐲，斜披長聖線，垂及股間。腰際繫帶，中間飾花朵紋，布巾作褶自然流洩於兩股之間。腰臀部位斜掛帛帶，於腿側挽結後向外揚起，呈現自然飄逸之感。下裳緊貼雙腿，以淺刻線條表現長度不一的衣紋。
左手屈舉持蓮莖，右手往下舒展，二指拈一橢圓形的果實，推測為象徵知識或是能實現願望的寶石。足下的仰覆蓮台以複瓣、單瓣花瓣交錯排列，頗見巧思。
