此喀什米爾觀音菩薩頂戴化佛，綰高髻，兩綹長髮披垂於肩。鵝卵形臉，眉細目長，兩眼平視。鼻子高挺，嘴角帶有一絲笑意。耳垂寬厚，掛大型耳璫。頸刻三道紋。肩膀寬厚，腰身纖細，手腳頎長，體型十分高挑。胸肌和腹肌部分加刻細線，強調肌肉結實勁健，體現喀什米爾典型的造像特徵。左肩垂掛羚羊頭，上身佩戴珠串，長串瓔珞繞雙臂垂於蓮座。右手屈舉於肩，手背向外，左手擱左膝握長莖蓮花，莖猶存，花已佚。右腳盤屈，舒左腳，坐於仰覆蓮座上。蓮瓣浮凸，前後交錯，富有立體感。觀音蓮座兩側立二脇侍，外形和姿勢對稱。
