佛陀及執金剛神

佛陀帶頭光，肉髻高圓，蓄有鬍髭，身軀向右側傾，右手抬起，左手握衣角。佛陀身後為執金剛神，蓬鬆的長髮，濃眉大眼，滿臉鬚髯，體型壯實，袒右肩，短衣及膝，左手持金剛杵，右手高舉拂子，保護佛陀免受邪魔的攻擊。此作品是某故事浮雕尚存的殘片，推測是提婆達多害佛因緣的局部。
執金剛神作為佛陀的隨侍護法，在犍陀羅繪畫及雕塑品中多與釋迦牟尼佛一同出現，巴基斯坦西部、阿富汗和中亞皆可發現。該浮雕屬犍陀羅早期作品。
