該印度石板作品刻劃佛塔立於塔門前。佛頭部飽滿立體富有量感，面形呈橢圓形，容貌沉穩，肉髻平緩隆起，螺髮平扁。身著偏袒右肩袈裟，袈裟垂掛於左臂，左手上舉於胸前持握衣角，右手雖已殘損，石板上仍可看出原施無畏印的輪廓。整體造像採平板淺雕手法，細膩的刻線，流露調和端整之感。
台座立面刻有兩行古婆羅謎（Brahmi）文字，據考證為一位女供養人所發心鐫造。
