巴基斯坦開伯爾巴圖克瓦省斯瓦特（Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa）出土。犍陀羅佛傳圖之一，刻劃悉達多太子於藍毗尼園降誕後，母親摩耶夫人偕其乘車返回迦毗羅衛國宮城的情景。
摩耶夫人坐於轎內中央，懷抱著悉達多太子，旁有二位宮女服侍。三人綰高髮髻，長髮垂至肩上，身著長袍，佩戴耳墜和項飾。轎內背景可見竹藤編織的簾子，轎輿頂部飾聯珠紋，兩端立希臘科林斯式（Corinthian）柱，前面垂掛著蓮花、莨苕葉紋樣的大幅蓋布，富麗而精緻，成為裝飾畫面的主要元素。轎輿由四人抬起，前面二人立於轎旁兩側，同時在轎底下方露出後面二人的下肢。抬轎人戴敷巾冠飾，佩項圈、腕釧，披帔巾，圍腰布，跣足。
該圖衣紋、蓋布紋路稠密，但刻工表現略顯生硬，人物臉形略長，屬斯瓦特較早畫像式的雕刻作品。
