巴基斯坦俾路支省西克里（Sikri, Balochistan）出土。畫面中央為摩耶夫人，右手上舉攀著無憂樹，身形小巧的嬰孩悉達多太子帶頭光，由夫人的右脇探出半身，表現降誕世間。夫人左側是其妹摩訶波闍波提，悉心攙扶著夫人，後面跟隨侍從的宮女們，手執孔雀羽毛扇及水瓶。夫人前方捧起巾帛迎接嬰孩誕生的是帝釋天，其身後還有梵天和吹哨、擊鼓的天人們。上方天空出現腰鼓及弓形的豎琴等樂器引人注目，用天樂齊奏來慶賀、讚歎這殊勝的場景。
