巴基斯坦俾路支省西克里（Sikri, Balochistan）出土，為犍陀羅常見的佛傳浮雕題材之一。圖中以梯形建築表示宮殿，殿內摩耶夫人左脇側臥於牀榻上，上方有一圓光內載一象，朝向夫人的右脇降下，寓意菩薩乘象入胎。夫人後方立一枝長矛，牀榻足端後方立有一位侍女。圖左側的方框內雕希臘科林斯式（Corinthian）柱，用於分隔浮雕場景。
