該像臉圓頤凸，綰高髻，髮辮披肩，頂戴三葉寶冠，冠葉飾禪定佛。長眉銜接鼻梁，雙眼微啟，目光凝注前方。嘴小唇薄，微抿，表情嚴肅。兩耳上方飾花，耳垂掛花形大耳璫，頸佩珠串、項鍊。左肩斜披獸皮，於胸前繫結，左腋處露出羚羊頭。身披長串花環。下身裹腰布，線刻花卉紋飾，股間衣緣翻轉，形成長串波浪紋垂曳而下。右手舉於胸前施無畏印，左手下垂握持長莖蓮花。右臀輕擺，姿態優雅地立於覆蓮台上。蓮台下為束腰方座，其後開有一洞，應為置放聖物之用。
