該像面相圓潤，白毫嵌於額際，眉宇刻劃極為立體，五官端莊，神態肅穆安詳。雙目下視，眼瞼厚重，鼻梁高挺，唇形小巧，下頦飽滿。頭頂高肉髻，髮紋呈波浪狀。造像以灰泥塑造，並敷以色彩，技法純熟，渾圓飽滿的形體猶如石雕般具有堅實感和重量感，顯示出犍陀羅較晚期的造像特色。
