印尼爪哇（Java）出土。此像精緻小巧，裝飾華美，融合各時期的藝術風格。佛寶冠高聳呈圓錐形，冠頂有一圓球形裝飾，乃早期東爪哇造像樣式；雙層束腰蓮座，蓮瓣相錯，上層葉瓣明顯大於下層，則是延續八世紀時的室利佛逝王朝（Srivijaya，約7～13世紀）藝術造型。
佛臉形長圓，五官輪廓清晰，大眼長眉，闊嘴厚唇。上半身特別纖長，嚴飾瓔珞，頸項、胸際和手臂均見富麗的裝飾。腰間繫帶，部分懸於蓮座上；半跏趺坐，雙腿上淺刻圖案。後有鏤空頭光，外飾火焰紋，毀損近半。
