此像通體漆金，面相慈悲柔和，神態靜穆安詳。束高髻戴帷帽，髻上有一阿彌陀佛雕像，屬白衣大士型觀音像。廣額豐頰，眉彎目細，雙眼垂視，嘴角含笑。菩薩屈左腿，豎右膝，席地而坐。胸前飾有華美瓔珞，著高腰長裙，左手扶地，右手執佛珠垂搭於右膝。外袍衣紋自然垂落，展現絲緞柔滑細緻之感，裙襬覆踝，雙足露出。是清宮木雕觀音像的精品。
