又稱毗盧遮那佛。佛頂戴高冠，上置三個圓盾形的裝飾，為喀什米爾的典型樣式。兩側冠帶飄垂於肩，頭後為蓮瓣形鏤空頭光，表面刻有火焰紋飾。佩戴耳璫、項圈、手鐲。五官輪廓較不明顯，體型上寬下窄，腰身較短，腿較長。右手施無畏印，左手握衣角，身軀微向右擺，立於覆蓮台上。著通肩袈裟，披肩下緣呈「M」形，披肩樣式可能源自貴霜王朝（約1～3世紀）的秣菟羅（Mathura）和犍陀羅地區，王族供養人的服飾打扮。著此特殊披肩的戴冠佛像於七世紀開始在喀什米爾地區盛行。
