字石甫，號印官、清源道人。生於一六三七年，卒於一六七○年。明（1368～1644）末清（1644～1911）初雕塑家。福建泉州人。能書擅畫，多才多藝，尤精雕造佛像。清順治十八年（1661）應日本隱元隆琦禪師邀請赴日，為京都府宇治市萬福寺雕造佛像，作品有大雄寶殿木造釋迦牟尼佛、迦葉、阿難尊者及十八羅漢像，禪堂觀世音菩薩像，天王殿木造彌勒像，祖師堂達摩像及四大天王、韋馱等尊像。其造像風格頗為殊異，故影響日本江戶之雕刻甚微。
日本尚藏有其書畫、書跡，如萬佛寺松隱堂藏羅漢圖；準提觀音圖刻版，為木庵性瑫畫作，藏長崎崇福寺。
